Our ethos could not be simpler we pay the best rates to the worker, at the cheapest rates to the General Practice Surgery, Trusts or Primary Care Network. We manage by making our priority being fair to all parties by taking smaller business margins. Increasingly, General Practice Surgeries and Trusts are coming to us first because we are able to attract the very best practitioners by paying them more but also because the Advanced Clinical Solutions is one of clinical quality.
Our aim is to find, attract, and employ the top 10% of all clinical staff groups whether it’s ACP’s/ANP’s, Paramedic Practitioners, Advanced Practice Nurses, Practice Nurses, Community Nurses, Nurse Associates and Health Care Assistants. Our interview processes contain clinical OSCEs to help us get a feel for staff and we will not employ people with less than 3 years’ experience at their level.
